Considering the actual working conditions of the rolling shutter door, such as weight bearing and running rhythm, Winroller made tailored proposal for the customer, using customized drum design and choosing a smooth and suitable comprehensive transmission design.

① Adopt DGBL60-100W high torque motor, and the outer pipe wall thickness of the drum is 2.5mm. The cylinder material is galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel 304, optional. The loading performance could be improved.

② 1800mm long drum tube is evenly opened to match the direction of the rolling curtain.

③ Drum motor with class 3 deceleration and mechanical braking, ensures that the roller shutter is in a stable state under power outage.

The customer working conditions are fixed, but the transmission scheme can be flexible and dynamic, which requires the solution designer to fully understand the customer needs and the characteristics of the roller products, and then make a reasonable and effective customized scheme to meet the customer delivery power needs.
