Oil-immersed drum motor
By adopting high-tech processing methods, precision grinding of high alloy steel gears and special high-precision assembly methods, it has achieved a high level of operating noise and power requirements for this product. The standard cylinder body is made of carbon steel material, and the surface of the finished product is coated with anti rust oil. The food grade cylinder body is made of stainless steel 304, and the surface of the cylinder body has anti slip threads. High alloy steel precision grinding gears ensure low noise during transmission. When the motor frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz, it is suitable for various universal voltages worldwide. Motor insulation registration F level, all motors are equipped with overheating protectors, and the motor is oil immersed for heat dissipation. In terms of sealing level, the shaft end adopts a double sealing design, and the sealing protection level of the electric drum is IP66/67. DM113 is often used in scenarios such as small conveyors and airport duty conveyors.
