S2 intermittent working system,linear speed uniform 30m/min; the load goods are coated glass components with dimensions up to 2100*1500mm.
The glass component is smooth, which needs to ensure the stability of the goods during transportation.
The length of the glass component is up to 2100mm, and the size of the cylinder is designed to be 2300mm. If the stability of the load of the roller can be guaranteed.
Considering the material, length and other actual working conditions of the delivery of products, we select direct, effective and comprehensive transmission scheme.
① Adopt DGAC60 AC motor.
The customer has no need for speed regulation and the load is light, so the 3-ph 220V AC voltage is selected.
② The cylinder adopts the black rubber injection process.
One side of the 2.5mm thickness coating, diameter added from 60 to 65, the surface has non-slip texture, increase the friction when driving smooth coated glass components, to ensure the stability of transportation.
③ runout guarantee process
2300mm welded pipe straightening;
The outer tube is injected with glue, and the diameter of the roller barrel reaches 67mm;
Cylinder CNC finishing machining single side 1mm cutting, diameter adjustment to 65mm;
Adjust 2300mm drum beat within 70 um.
