S2 intermittent working system; Linear speed requires 3-speed; Load weight required 200KG; To meet the new energy industry ban zinc, copper, nickel requirements; Roller center distance is 120, 1 motor roller needs to drag 10 idler rollers.

The load capacity of 200KG need higher requires in torque, temperature rise and stability of the 50 diameter motor roller.

Conventional PVC poly-V drive head load tension performance is not enough.

3-speed has high requirements on the controller

Considering heavy load, linear speed, temperature rise, new energy industry special actual working conditions demand, we consider the scheme from the drive shaft, movement, controller, cylinder and other aspects, given the customer approved transportation scheme.

① Aluminum alloy poly-V belt as the drive shaft.

PVC is plastic material, aluminum alloy is metal material, aluminum alloy strength is three times of PVC material with advantage in the load capacity.

② The VECTOR-P100 controller is used to realize the multi-segment speed function.

③ The DGBL50-80W enhanced movement is adopted to meet the high torque requirements

(4) Nylon sleeve is added to the surface of the cylinder, and the cylinder is treated with antistatic electricity to meet the production safety requirements of the new energy industry.
