Winroller to Present Conveyor Modules and Belt Conveyor Solutions at CeMAT RUSSIA 2026

2026-08-18

Moscow, Russia | September 15–17, 2026

Winroller Transmission will take part in CeMAT RUSSIA 2026 from September 15 to 17 at the Crocus International Exhibition Center in Moscow. Our booth is Hall 1, A515.

This will be an important opportunity for us to meet customers and logistics automation companies in Russia and the wider Eurasian market.

At the show, Winroller will present its logistics conveyor modules and belt conveyor solutions, including an integrated lift-and-transfer unit, embedded lift-and-transfer unit, pop-up wheel sorter, and heavy-duty pallet conveyor.

The products are designed for different stages of material handling, from pallet conveying and transfer to sorting and line connection.

Integrated Lift-and-Transfer Unit for Faster System Integration

Transfer points often look simple on a conveyor drawing. In the actual system, they're usually not.

There may be limited installation space. The equipment needs to connect with other conveyors. Pallets or cartons have to stop, lift, transfer, and move again without causing jams.

Winroller's integrated lift-and-transfer unit combines the conveying and lifting functions in one compact module. This makes the transfer section easier to arrange and helps reduce the amount of additional mechanical equipment needed around it.

For system integrators, the benefit is fairly straightforward. There's less component matching to deal with during system design and installation. The module can also be used where floor space is limited and a conventional transfer arrangement would take up too much room.

It can be applied to pallet transfer lines, cross-conveyor transfer sections, warehouse conveying systems, and automated production lines.

We’ll bring the actual equipment to Moscow so visitors can take a closer look at the structure and see how the module works.

Heavy-Duty Pallet Conveyor for Demanding Loads

Pallet handling brings a different set of challenges.

A light carton conveyor doesn't need the same mechanical strength as a line carrying loaded pallets. Heavy loads put more pressure on the rollers, frame, drive system, and transfer points. If the conveyor isn't designed properly, problems tend to show up quickly.

Winroller's heavy-duty pallet conveyor is developed for applications where load capacity and stable operation are priorities.

The conveyor can be configured around pallet size, load weight, conveying speed, and the overall line layout. It can also be combined with Winroller's motorized rollers and other conveyor modules to build pallet conveying and transfer systems.

This gives customers more room to adapt the conveyor to their actual application rather than forcing the application to fit a fixed machine configuration.

For warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants handling heavy pallets, that can make a real difference. A stable conveying line means fewer interruptions and less unnecessary mechanical stress over long operating periods.

One Supplier for Different Conveyor Applications

Winroller has been working with motorized rollers and conveyor drive technology for many years. Conveyor modules are a natural extension of that experience.

A conveyor system isn't just a collection of rollers and frames. The drive, conveying surface, transfer mechanism, control system, and mechanical structure all have to work together.

That's why we’re bringing several types of equipment to CeMAT RUSSIA 2026 instead of focusing on a single product.

The integrated lift-and-transfer unit is aimed at compact and efficient transfers.

The pop-up wheel sorter is designed for sorting and directional changes.

The embedded lift-and-transfer unit provides another option where the transfer mechanism needs to be integrated into the conveyor structure.

And the heavy-duty pallet conveyor is built around heavier loads and pallet handling requirements.

Together, these products give system integrators more options when planning automated material handling lines.

Meeting the Russian Logistics Automation Market

Russia has a large and diverse logistics and manufacturing market. Warehouse automation projects also come with very different requirements, depending on the product, load, facility layout, and operating environment.

We know that customers aren't looking for equipment that simply looks good in a catalogue. They need machinery that fits the line, works with the existing system, and keeps running after the installation team has left.

That's what Winroller wants to discuss at CeMAT RUSSIA 2026.

We welcome logistics equipment manufacturers, system integrators, warehouse automation companies, and end users to visit Hall 1, Booth A515.

Come and see the equipment. Bring your application requirements. We'll talk through the conveyor solution together.
