The polymer pulley is strategically mounted at the roller terminal. This design separates the drive mechanism from the conveying area, preventing contact between the belts and the goods. This isolation results in more stable transport and eliminates the risk of package damage or belt slippage caused by debris.
Noise reduction is a core feature of this series. The combination of precision ball bearings and engineering polymers dampens vibration effectively. Even at the maximum speed of 120m/min, the roller maintains a low acoustic profile, creating a better working environment in large-scale distribution centers.
For specialized handling, the Ø50mm and Ø60mm tubes can be upgraded with a 2mm PVC soft sleeve for added grip. The roller is built to operate reliably in standard warehouse conditions, with a tested temperature range of -5°C to +40°C.
