① The controller adopts the new multi-function VECTOER-S100 DC frequency conversion electric roller controller.
Using VECTOR-S100 servo braking, the braking distance is within 10mm. And under the drive of sine wave, the start torque is large, producing faster start acceleration.
② Use a larger torque current control.
The larger torque current control, the smaller the corresponding input current would be. Also, the motor iron loss drops and the electric roller operation tends to be silent, and the starting brake is more soft.
③ Lifting up and diverting cam drum motor application.
VECTOR-S100 controller helps DGBL50-80W high torque cam electric roller rise and fall, to achieve accurate control, fast response speed, maintain large torque and other effects.
