Winroller Solution
Considering the actual working conditions such as bearing capacity, operating rhythm, and installation conditions of the conveying product, Winroller has designed a comprehensive transmission plan with high load, flexible operation, and convenient installation.
① Adopting DGBL76-300W high torque motor and the outer pipe wall thickness of 3.0mm to enhance load capacity. The cylinder material is optional in galvanized carbon steel and stainless steel 304.
② Adopting 48V voltage.
The on-site working conditions require a reduction in the number of switching power supplies. Therefore, under the same torque, the voltage of the Winroller power roller is 48V and the rated current is twice smaller than 24V, achieving the goal of reducing the number of switching power supplies.
③ Adopting a high-power D-type controller, it can effectively control acceleration and deceleration time. Electronic braking, and 485 communication support are also equipped.
