Product Introduction
The Winroller 50mm Motor Roller is built for modern conveyor systems that demand compact design, high torque output and reliable continuous duty. The roller integrates a brushless DC gear motor and advanced FOC (Field-Oriented Control) torque technology, enabling smooth torque switching, quick acceleration and stable bidirectional operation—ideal for buffering, sorting and precise positioning tasks.
The roller meets all system requirements because it runs on DC24V or DC48V safe voltage and has CE and RoHS2.0 and EMC certification. The environment is protected with IP54 protection and running between −15° and 45°C delivers reliable results in normal logistics and warehouse and light manufacturing applications. There are two power options on the system the first being the standard (40W S1 / 50W S2) and the second is the reinforced (80W S1 / 100W S2) which allows for wide range of the load conditions. It has a wide speed range, between 0.87 to 120 m/min, that allows users to adjust to the conveyor speed for cartons, trays, panels and small parts.
