The 50mm multi-wedge belt Motor Drive Roller is designed for carton transport and automated conveyor systems. It integrates a DC brushless gear motor and high-precision gears to deliver stable torque, low noise, and high efficiency. This compact solution improves reliability for unit handling applications.
The roller features FOC direct torque control, allowing fast acceleration and flexible forward and reverse torque switching. This improves system responsiveness and ensures smooth material handling. With IP54 protection, the roller operates reliably in temperatures from -15°C to 45°C.
